Integrations

Automate recurring data operations: prior or following work performed in MLM-AI

Integrations enable automated, event-driven data flows by allowing data to move seamlessly into and out of the platform as part of predefined workflows. This removes the need for manual file handling and ensures that data exchanges happen reliably and at the right time.

Integrations are currently available on request. Automated workflows are configured and managed by our team in close collaboration with customers. Contact the support desk for further details.

Once integrations are enabled, configured, and the required conditions are fulfilled, execution details are available under the Integrations icon:

Automated workflows can be initiated by specific events, including:

• Scheduled or time-based triggers

• Completion of a process within the platform (submitted decision, processed review, etc.)

Integrations currently support a limited but growing set of automation scenarios, including:

• Ingestion of results received by email, enabling files to be uploaded into the platform without manual intervention. Refer to Uploading Review Data for more details about the manual process.

• Export of documentation to external destinations, allowing outputs generated in the platform to be delivered to third-party systems (safety databases) or storage locations (SFTP). See Article Screening guide for a full list of documentation for export.
